Delivery & installation

How much is delivery?

Delivery is based on the driving distance from our store at 1412 Trotwood Ave, Columbia, TN, to your address: 0–10 miles is $149.99, 10–20 miles is $179.99, 20–50 miles is $249.99, and 50–100 miles is priced by freight quote. See delivery areas for your town.

How far do you deliver?

We deliver up to 100 miles from our Columbia store. Addresses 50–100 miles away get a freight quote. Ask for a delivery quote or call (931) 223-5354.

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes. You can pick up at the store during business hours: Monday–Saturday 9 AM–8 PM and Sunday 10 AM–7 PM (Central).

Do you haul away my old appliance?

Yes. Haul away only is $20 per item. Installation plus haul away is $40 per item. Installation only is $60 per item.

Do you install flooring, cabinets, doors or windows?

We can arrange installation of flooring, cabinets, doors and windows through a third-party installer, priced by quote. Request an installation quote.

Are your appliances tested?

Yes. Appliances are tested before pickup or delivery.

Returns & warranty

What is your return policy?

Tested items are final sale. Untested items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. New building materials, including cabinets, flooring, butcher block and doors, are final sale. We don’t give cash refunds. Exchanges are for another item or store credit. Full details are in our returns policy.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We’ll replace it with the correct size. If the correct size isn’t available, we issue store credit.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes. A 10% restocking fee applies to every exchange, replacement or store credit.

What warranty comes with appliances?

Scratch-and-dent, overstock and return appliances come with the manufacturer’s 1-year warranty. Reconditioned appliances come with a 1-year CPS warranty, which you can upgrade to 2 years for $89, 3 years for $129 or 4 years for $169.

Paying

Do you offer lease-to-own?

Yes, through Acima, including no-credit-needed options. Apply with Acima. Lease-to-own is not a loan, and approval and terms are set by Acima. See our Lease-to-Own page.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. Tennessee sales tax applies to purchases. If you’re a contractor or business with a valid Tennessee sales tax exemption or resale certificate, send it to us before you buy and we’ll apply the exemption once it’s on file. Call (931) 223-5354 or contact us.

Do you have contractor pricing?

Yes. Apply for a contractor account. Once you’re approved, you get an extra 10% off across the website when you’re signed in.

Can I get a bulk quote on doors?

Yes. If you’re buying several doors for a project, ask for a bulk door quote. For other bulk orders, use our bulk quote page.
